Unload & Setup Procedures (6:30 AM - 7:15 AM):
All vendors must arrive and begin unloading during the designated 6:30 AM to 7:15 AM window. To maintain safety and event flow, vehicles will not be permitted on the event footprint after 7:20 AM. If your vehicle is not moved by 7:20 AM, it will be subject to towing at your expense. Please ensure you allow ample time to unload your booth materials and then move your vehicle to an approved parking area outside the event footprint. You may then return to finish the setup of your booth.
While setting up your booth, be sure to remain in your designated booth area and avoid setting up in your neighbor's space. This is important to not delay their ability to setup their booth. Your booth area will be clearly marked.
Electric Avenue Vendor Lineup & Access:
Please refer to the embedded map below to identify your designated lineup area for vehicle access and unloading. This map will show the specific route you should take to reach your booth location efficiently.

Booth Operation:
-
Generators: If you indicated needing power and are using a generator, it must be a "whisper quiet" model. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. All cords must be safely secured and taped down to prevent tripping hazards.
-
Food Vendors: Please ensure you have all necessary permits and adhere to health code regulations. You must have a mat under your serving area to catch spills.
-
Trash: Please deposit any trash from your booth setup or tear down in the dumpsters located in the parking lot at 112 E. Hickory Street.
-
Weather Preparedness: This is an outdoor event. Please come prepared for varying weather conditions with appropriate tent weights, covers, and personal comfort items. Tents must be weighted down with at least 40 lbs per leg.

Parking:
After unloading, all vendor vehicles must be moved to the NCTC parking garage located at 314 E. Mulberry Street. Please reference the vendor parking directional signs or our website for approved parking locations. Do not park in residential areas or block business access.
-
Note: Please respect the traffic laws in traveling counter clockwise around the Square for the safety of volunteers and other participating vendors.

Teardown & Load-Out (After 3:00 PM):
For the safety of our attendees, vehicles will not be allowed back onto the event footprint for load-out until after 3:00 PM, once the event officially concludes and foot traffic has significantly cleared. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time.
We look forward to a fantastic Arts & Autos 2025 with you! If you have any urgent questions on event day, please seek out an event staff member in a marked volunteer shirt.
Sincerely,
The Denton Main Street Association Arts & Autos Event Team
