When was the last time you tested your posture, balance, upper body flexibility, or your Body Mass Index percentage? Do you know your weight and height? Join Seniors in Motion and Denton Main Street Association Tuesday morning to meet downtown neighbors, screen, test and much more! This event is FREE and open to people of all ages to come and learn what you may need to know to keep you healthy and active! The health fair is a come-and-go event Tuesday, August 5th, 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Seniors in Motion, 111 Industrial Street. Breakfast refreshments will be offered, along with many different free health screenings , so come learn your numbers!
