The downtown Denton Twilight Tunes fun is back on Sunday afternoons at the Denton County Courthouse-on-the-Square lawn, 110 W. Hickory Street. Denton Main Street Association presents the FREE Tunes Fall Series that will run on Sundays from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on Oct. 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd on the Locust Street side of the Denton County Courthouse-on-the-Square lawn.
Come early and check out some of the shops that are open on Sundays. Grab a bite to go for the concert or stay after to enjoy dinner in Downtown Denton. Bring your friends and family with a blanket or chairs, and enjoy an evening of great live music as the sun begins to set over downtown Denton. The 2016 Fall series offers an assortment of music genres for all listeners. Tunes is the perfect way to wind down the weekend and listen to some of the best local bands in the Denton area.
The following bands are scheduled to play the Fall Tunes Series:
October 2 – El Nuevo Mi Son, Mambo/Cumbia/Merengue w/emphasis on Cuban Son
October 9 – Chris Watson, Southern Soul
October 16 – High School Caesar, Rockabilly
October 23 – The Wild Coconuts, Hawaiian
