Fall has arrived as if out of nowhere to our town of Denton, and with that the 2018 season of Mean Green Football! Thanks to our friends at North Texas Athletics (UNT,) the Denton Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB,) UNT Transportation, DCTA and the Jagoe-Public Company, Dentonians can travel to and from Apogee Stadium for home games, compliments of the Mean Green Game Day shuttle.
On game days, the Mean Green Game Day shuttle connects passengers to the Mean Green Tailgating Village and Apogee Stadium. The buses also stop at various hop on/hop off stops along Hickory, Oak and Fry Streets. That way, passengers can take a break for dining, drinks and shopping before or after football games. This is a great opportunity to show off your favorite watering holes to out-of-town friends and family, all with safe passage to and from your Mean Green destination. Check out the Bus Route and Official Bus Stops below.
Mean Green Shuttle Bus Route & Free Stops
Shuttles will run consistently starting 3 hours before the game until an hour after the game. As previously mentioned, the Mean Green Shuttle is free and open to the general public. Alumni and members of the general public who are non-UNT students may learn about game-day ticket pricing here.
