Once you are accepted as a vendor, you will receive an online link to pay the booth fee. Online registration is encouraged. 

No booth space, or roaming vendors, will be granted to those wishing to express religious, moral, controversial, or political opinions/issues. Only materials and items that have been approved by the Committee will be allowed.

Applications are due by Friday, August 18, 2023.  Any vendor applying for booths between Saturday, Aug. 19-Friday, Aug. 25, 2023, will be subject to a higher fee.

IMPORTANT DATES: 

-No applications will be accepted after Friday, Aug. 25

-Vendor payments due: Wednesday, Aug. 30 *if payment is not submitted by this time, you will forfeit your booth and we will move to the next vendor on the waitlist.  

-Final payment for waitlisted booths is due Friday, Sept. 1
