Gearing Up: Arts & Autos Extravaganza 2017
On Saturday, September 9th, Denton Main Street Association will host its annual classic, hot rod and custom cars, trucks and motorcycles show, the Denton Arts & Autos Extravaganza. From 9AM to 3PM, over 9 thousand Dentonians and visitors alike will take over the historic Denton County Courthouse-on-the-Square and its lawn. With plenty of perfect things to see and do for the auto enthusiast, artist, or shopper, we're sure everyone will find opportunities that will pique interest in a day of fun in downtown Denton. Fall Into Change: Oak Street Updates

Supporting Fellow Texans: Downtown Gives to Hurricane Harvey Reliefs
Update:
We have also received most of the money from the “Denton Gives to Hurricane Harvey” event from last Thursday (8-31) and have collected just over $17,000! Funds were sent to six charities who will use the money for everything from diapers, to food, to artists’ supplies, to pet needs. Also, Beth Maries’ provided ice cream to over 1,000 people, temporarily housed at the Dallas Convention Center, to “brighten their day.”
