Today marks the beginning of our “Share the Love" event of the month in downtown Denton. Reward yourself and/or others by shopping and dining with participating businesses across Downtown Denton. This is downtown’s way of saying “thank you” to customers who are shopping local.
How It Works: Spend $25 or more at a participating store or restaurant and receive a Downtown Rewards coupon. Redeem your rewards and enjoy some discounts on special items or offers. Retail and service merchant participants are offering 25% off, and 15% off at participating restaurants.

Spring Open House weekend in downtown Denton is March 4th - 5th and spring shopping, dining and entertainment has never been better! Businesses will open their doors for extended hours or offer something extra special during the weekend to get spring into high gear. New businesses have been popping up all over downtown Denton, so check it out during this open house weekend. The local experience awaits shoppers and diners around every corner.
Merchants participating in Spring Open House weekend will feature new merchandise, new dishes, some live music or refreshments while you shop and stroll.

Party at Agua Dulce: Denton Celebrates SXSW Success
In case you didn't know, last week's SXSW was one for the history books for Denton, thanks to the efforts by members of the Discover Denton Welcome Center. Downtown movers and shakers Kim Phillips and Julie Glover took over SXSWInteractive with our Denton exhibit and virtual reality experiences, with a little help from representatives from UNT, TWU, and the Welcome Center itself.
