Happy 167th Birthday Denton County

The fun abounds around downtown on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7 as the merchants of the Denton Main Street Association open their doors for Spring Open House and the Denton County Museums and Denton County Historical Commission celebrate the 167thbirthday of Denton County.  This celebration promises entertainment, shopping, and dining fun all weekend long for everyone.

DMSA Promotes Downtown

Denton Main Street Association promotes all of downtown Denton as a destination for both visitors and residents. DMSA hosts and promotes downtown year-round through marketing efforts, promotional materials, social media, special events and festivals. Some of these events draw crowds of thousands to downtown Denton, offering great exposure and traffic to downtown businesses. The idea is that events attract potential customers, many of whom are not familiar with downtown or the variety of stores, restaurants and services located here. And they do come back!
