One might ask, what does downtown Denton and a health fair have in common? Well, both aim to create an active and social lifestyle. This week Seniors in Motion, along with many health partners, hosted the first annual “Know Your Numbers” Health Fair for the Denton Main Street Association. Take a break and come stroll downtown on Sept. 13th to see the fantastic treasures at the 15th Annual Arts, Antiques & Autos Extravaganza from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 110 W. As the Fall season is officially upon us this weekend, it is time to welcome all the visitors who are here for the numerous events in downtown this weekend.  Be sure to welcome folks coming to visit students at the University of North Texas for Family Weekend and the game on Saturday, Sept. 20th at Apogee Stadium.  Visitors will fill the stores, restaurants and hotels as they visit downtown Denton and the campus to get to know the heart of Denton.  Catch the game and downtown shuttle information at www.discoverdenton.com.
